Coconut oil and fat reduction

It is perhaps counterintuitive that eating a certain fat can reduce overall body fat, but it all has to do with the type of fat and the way it's metabolized. The medium chain triglyceride Lauric acid, also found in human breast milk is why and doing noting more than eating a good portion of it every day (say, two tablespoons) burns fat, especially belly fat. It is perhaps not quick but it is consistent, effective and safe. Actually it's more than just safe it's beneficial in several ways not the least of which is the positive effect on the brain.
