That 911 stuff was a waste of time, look at the minimal differences between this and a Cayenne. That rear engined stuff was a distraction that could have all been skipped, radical as that stuff was, more radical would have been a streetable version of this, 50 years ago.

They could have decimated the Italian super car industry imo if they'd kept the decent styling and not made cars that looked like insects. Goodness knows they were unbeatable enough, but just couldn't compare to the looks of, say, a Ferrari 308 and you only had to be that good.
